We had Computer Triage work on our very slow PC 4+ years ago and were extremely satisfied with Mark's work. Thank goodness we saved his information. A couple of weeks ago our (same) PC stopped working. Mark was able to remove all viruses and corrupt files, changed the hard drive, transferred everything from the old one, and updated our Microsoft Office. Mark is very knowledgeable, honest, and patient.

Computer Triage has been servicing my computer for about 10 years. Mark always does a great job at a reasonable price. He even gives senior citizen discounts. He is a really knowledgable guy, knows his stuff and gets the job done in a courteous and considerate manner. I have never had a problem with Computer Triage. Mark and Katrina go out of their way to make sure everything is done right in a professional and satisfactory way.

Computer Triage is WONDERFUL. I had two appointments with Computer Triage. The first was to clean up my PC. Wow, what a change. I felt l had a new computer. Second appointment was to set up a new monitor and printer.

I have had Mark over to help me various times with my MAC and he is great. I thought that I should let you know he is very good at what he does, friendly and very reasonable. I'm very pleased with his service and will always use him as my computer guy. He takes his time to answer all your questions and is available whenever you need him. He has always been able to fix any problem i have had on my Mac. He's great....
